11:02 AM ET 06.04 | A Nash County Sheriff's deputy who is the father of NFL star Julius Peppers was arrested Wednesday in Wilson, NC and charged with felony possession of cocaine. George Thomas Kurney, 50, of Bailey since has been relieved of his duties. Kurney is the father of Chicago Bears defensive end Julius Peppers.

The makers of the handy spray lubricant WD-40 proudly list 2,000 uses for their product, from unsticking rusty screws or squeaky bicycle chains to polishing frying pans.
But British police have found another use -- keeping the public from snorting cocaine off toilet lids in bars. It appears that the all purpose lubricant and cocaine are a poor mix.
Cocaine use in England has gotten out of hand lately due to low prices, so police in Bristol, England, have advised pub owners to spray WD-40 on thier toilets and flat surfaces in the bathroom to prevent cocaine snorting.

That's gotta be the worst vision I ever thought of, except for walking in on Grampa in the bathroom when I was a kid.
