Ga. Tech interviews UConn coach

Connecticut football coach Randy Edsall left his school's campus on Thursday to interview for the Georgia Tech job, The Hartford Courant, citing unnamed sources, reported on its Web site. Edsall led the Huskies to a 9-3 record and a berth in the Meineke Car Care Bowl this season. He is 50-54 in nine seasons at UConn, which he led from Division I-AA to Division I-A. Edsall, 49, was defensive coordinator at Tech in 1998.

This could be a good move..rather than recycling some other cast off, such as Rick "I still think I'm 25" Neuhiesel

Why are they not looking at John Tenuda? Honestly he has done so much for Tech's D, he deserves the shot to run the team

Edsall needs to stay at UCONN. He's built something good there, and he needs to reward them by staying.
