07:45 AM ET 06.15 | Chelsea will find out next week whether they can sign the exciting Brazilian striker Neymar without triggering a $64 million buy-out clause. Chelsea had hoped to sign Neymar for around $43 million but there are indications that Real might offer close to $57 million for the 19-year-old, who is a favorite of Roman Abramovich.

Where is everyone?

Is Real made out of money? Fifty-seven million for Neymar... come on!

I say this is coming from Santos, trying to get Chelsea to bid against itself.

Just evened the score. MED: Heatles! makes an excellent case.

He hasn't proven himself in Europe yet, even though he did great in South America this year...but he shouldn't cost this much.

Looking at his picture at the Telegraph website, I say his price is about 15M sterling, and 30 more million to keep the ugly from destroying the earth.

It really shouldn't be competition. Neymar would flop in England or get hurt too soon to make an impact

What a goal by Jozy last night!

2 goals in 3 games! I guess he is our best option at forward. Not sure why Wondo is getting playing time though.

And what the heck was up with Dempsey? Looked like he had never put a shot on goal in his life.

Overall yesterday was just about as bad as Panama. I mean, how many chances can you waste? If you play for the USMNT, you should be able to put an open header from 8 yards out in the back of the net.

My Yorkie just voted for you

I got Neymar for much less in FIFA 11.... haha!

In case you all wonder, I will be in the starting XI for the USMNT when they come to RFK for the GC quarters. Bunker Bob found out that I can hit the broadside of a barn from 10 feet away.... sealed the deal right then and there.

I thought Wondo played well. He had a couple of chances and moved well without the ball. Deuce could not buy a goal last night.

Dolo was on fire last night. He made several great runs and crosses.

If they can't finish their chances we will not make it past the Reggae Boys let alone Mexico.

Our striker problem has been solved. LP2 and Jozy up top = GC victory!!

I read the same thing in Marca this morning and I'm calling bullshet. The very fact that you can hit the broadside of a barn from10 feet away automatically disqualifies you from consideration. Please don't treat us as if we don't know any better LP2...

LP2, all you need to do is just stand there and let the crosses smack into you. One of them is bound to bounce of you and on goal, which is much better odds then our players have of hitting the net when actually trying to do so.

Do we get to play Guadeloupe or Canada again in the knock out rounds?

I thought Wondo did well last night, he should be doing better considering his age.
