Please... Perk was not all that good. He did nothing for the Thunder and pretty much disappeared without KG to back him up.

The trade screwed the chemistry... but that's about it. No great loss in talent as far as trading Perk at all.

If the Thunder think they got their moneys worth then best of luck to them. Perk proved once again that teams have no idea outside of the few "stars" in the league what a guy is worth.

i would love for Chandler to stay but I think it would be best for the mavs if they position themselves to acquire Howard / anyone in the next wave of FA elites.

i hope they can let go of Haywood and maybe Tyson can take a paycut? i'm not very sharp on contracts but i hope Cuban can maneuver things and keep Tyson and still run for D12

Picking up the creaky O'Neals and dropping Perk sure has come back to bite them in the proverbial arse...!!!

LOL....I guess I missed the part were Boston had shed a lot of payroll going into next year...As it stands now Boston will be at 72 million next year and the Mavs at 61million and have the rights to negotiate with their OWN free agent....

JJ has superior ability in using the pick n' roll. he has a good tear drop shot and a 3 point range. but i think he will always be a backup PG.

Chandler was a good get for the Mavs. Cuban is actually a good owner, even if he is a bit of a poser. Dallas is gonna stay good.
