Former players don't really make the greatest of GM's, but I am in Mullens corner!! Hope he gets a chance.

QUOTE(#2):

Blazers have a decent team now and have an all star starting 5 now. What they need is a Cuban type GM.Look McMillan is a hell of a coach but I think they need someone who shares his passion for winning and being competitive.Hands down!

You do know Cuban isn't the MAVS GM right?

That would be Donnie Nelson and he makes almost all player decisions and moves...of course Cuban has input since his money though...

QUOTE(#3):

They have a good 5, agree......and they could be a piston-like fluke team that winsbut they're mssing that one lynchpin, imoAldrige was robbed by not being an AS.... but I still don't see that go-to guy that championship teams have

They did have a go to guy until his knees went in to the trash. His name was Brandon Roy.

yes, and though that counts as "Experience", it ain't spectacular...

Well as a Brooklyn boy and St. Johns alum, I will always root for Chris. The Blazers are a good team. They just need that one player to push them over. D'Will or CP3 would do wonders with that franchise.

And if B. Roy's knees can hold up to give some solid minutes even better.
