08:14 AM ET 07.06 | Steve Kragthorpe wasn't even coaching in 2010, and yet so many eyes will be on him in 2011. It was [Kragthorpe's] choice to sit out the last season. He says he may be a better coach for it, and that's good for LSU's BCS title dreams. Entering 2010, Kragthorpe had a job coaching quarterbacks at Texas A&M. But he left before the season started to tend to his wife, Cynthia. "She was diagnosed with MS," Kragthorpe said. ... "We were happy to find out what was wrong because she had been struggling for a while. But in order to go on the medicine she needed, we found out that she needed to have a heart procedure. That's when I decided to call timeout, that I had to take care of this now." Now, with his wife healthy, Kragthorpe is ready to coach again.

Miles: I don't always eat grass but when I do, I prefer Tiger Stadium. Stay Crazy, my friends.

I agree......assistant coaches in the SEC get paid like head coaches in some other conferences. After the cluster-f**ck that was Louisville, I think he's @ LUS at least 4 yrs.

He is pretty good. Don't know what went wrong at Louisville. That was a disaster.

Win the BCS and have a top-20 rated offense and that $700k could turn in to $1.4m.
I think he's in the right place......w/ that talent pool, his O should be unstoppable. LUS still gets top-rated WR's, and they don't do **** with them once they get on campus. He changes that perspective, and LUS should have talent at skill posiitons that make the FLA schools jealous.

It is not hard to make UF fans jealous of other schools skill positions right now.

LUS, LOL, yeah I'm not going to bet too much on the Ducks beating LSU as I think the Tigers will win, but you never know and If I'm too chirpy about Oregon winning and they lose then I still have to come on FN and face you. :-)
