08:07 AM ET 07.15 | Stephen Curry's busy offseason may get even busier. [Curry] and forward Dorell Wright said they are considering playing overseas if the NBA lockout extends into the season. Neither has a deal in place or a destination set, but they could end up in the same location. "China is looking promising," Curry said via text message. "There's no deal yet on the table, but my agent is going to entertain offers and see what happens. If it works, I'll go." Wright said China would be his first choice. ... "But I'm open to other options. I'm going to China for a week (in August), so I'll definitely see how it is." Curry said his priority is rehabbing from offseason surgery on his right ankle and finishing up his degree at Davidson. He also is getting married at the end of this month.

Someone's got to blink sooner or later - Either the union or the owners - Even the guys with the small contracts will go if there is any interest from foreign teams. And let's face it if the foreign teams can afford it they'll pull the trigger as it will bring fans to their arenas to see "NBA" caliber players.

This keeps on don't be surprised that some foreign teams will have several NBA ballers on their squads that don't speak the language.

Why is China the first choice for many NBA players? Do they get more money there or what ?

They wont get paid overseas what they are used to getting over here....And after reading some of Josh Childeress quotes I believe all these guys have little knowledge of how it works over there....No first class flights, 9 hour bus rides, you might get paid if the team feels like paying ya, etc. etc......

If Im not mistaken in the Chinese league they can have only 2 non chinese players on a team and only one on a floor at a time....

Maybe Starbury could put in a good word and get the new recruits to China steep discounts on his own brand of kicks and vaseline...

LOL - He quit the first team and went on to another. A couple of months ago one of my co-workers was out there for a month on business and saw him play for the new team he's on (said he played well but the overall team sucked) and he's like a rock star over there.

Good luck and good riddance to that character...

Jeebus these guys that make millions of dollars can't go a few months or a year without getting an NBA check? They are still getting sponsor money. They all look like idiots.
