09:11 AM ET 07.23 | Could Jason Taylor take a third spin with the Miami Dolphins? When I asked him about that in March, the greatest defensive player in franchise history said he thought "that ship has sailed" and added if he played anywhere in 2011 it would be with the New York Jets. Friday morning, however, with the NFL lockout seemingly about the end, the veteran linebacker and South Florida resident seemed to crack open the door once more for a return to Miami.

Lousy timing for him. When the dust settles you will see record numbers of vets cut. Owner payback can be a bit##. Just ask all pro center Kevin Mawae.

Jason go back to the JETZ we do not want you .

He'l be healthy for about 6 games max. So, the question for Taylor: Do you want to play those six games in September/October or November/December? Either way, he won't be good enuf to start in January.

Maybe he could relive his glory days with the Redskins...

And your point would be? Jason Taylor should take up bullfighting?

No, the Dolphins suck with or without him...makes NO difference. Last place fight with Buffalo....
