09:27 AM ET 07.30 | Angels Manager Mike Scioscia remains conflicted over what to do with teenage prospect Mike Trout. On one hand, Trout is probably more valuable to the Angels than any player they could call up to take his place. But at 19 and just two years removed from high school, he needs to play every day to continue developing -- something that, barring a trade or injury, he won't do at the big-league level this summer.

the angels should send trout back to the minors, the kid needs to keep developing more conffidence on his skills and be able to perform better every day!!

if the angels are wise enough, then they should send trout back to the minors without any hesitation, in a way the halos will be doing a favor to their young prospect not to mention that he would be on the right place as its in the minor league, trout can continue developing and endure more knowledge, its never right to rush the rookie to the majors just because the league talks good about that propect, unstead the angels could hurt this player by just sitting him down on the bench, and at the end he can become like reggie willis which it now on the minors!!

the angels have no choice but to play with whatever they have on their roster, unless the owner change his mind and trade for another good talented and solid starter pitcher, and a good conssistent hitter somebody who doesn't fall in love with the first pitch, like hunter, wells ,and abreu, it seems as if this three players had forgotten the discipline approach at the plate!!

I think they need to demote him. Great player, but using him off the bench will only serve to interupt his development. If they feel they need to acquire an OF'er to fill his place, Michael Bourn is available.

Not anymore. He's goin to Atl. Halos should send down Trout. Playing every day will help his development & at the same time delay arbitration years down the road. Besides, isnt Borjous coming back soon?
