08:26 AM ET 08.06 | Luke Fickell, elevated to replace Jim Tressel as Ohio State coach on May 30, apparently still likes having a Tressel in a key role on the team. Fickell announced yesterday that running backs coach Dick Tressel -- older brother of the former head coach -- was given the added role of special teams coordinator for the 2011 season.

Dick and his brother should trade names. One fits the other better.

I think lying to authorities might be a small criminal activity?

I know we're splitting hairs here....and it isn't a federal or civil crime to lie to the NCAA, but that is basically what he did.l

While lying to your boss isn't "criminal" in the eyes of the law, it is "criminal" to your boss...

Agreed plus consider ...

The public spends billions of $$ on this sport every year and the product delivered should be "as advertised." If not there are anti-trust implications. With this much public money at stake the Justice Department has a responsibility to become involved if the NCAA can't control it.
