08:13 AM ET 08.09 | Between Brian McCann possibly returning, Tommy Hanson possibly missing a start and Dan Uggla extending his hitting streak, add Jason Heyward's predicament to a mix of much going on in Atlanta. A day after [Heyward] homered against the Mets, the right fielder was on the bench again Monday as [Fredi Gonzalez] opted to go with hot-hitting newcomer Jose Constanza against another left-hander, Florida rookie Brad Hand. Before Monday, Constanza was hitting .412 overall (14-for-34) in nine games since arriving from Triple-A Gwinnett. He was 5-for-9 against lefties before Monday, when he singled in his first at-bat to extend his hitting streak to eight games. ... If Constanza stays hot, he could also take some playing time from Heyward against some righties.

show me what you got, that's what the new comer jose constanza has being doing ever since he arrive from thriple AAA, while heyward loves to get injuried most of the season, if heyward continues playing passive plus get injured easely, at this pace its hard to get your timming back being too long at the bench won't help, and the braves do need all the help they can get!!!

gonzalez would place heyward on the braves lineup, but unless he didn't have nobody to place there, plus constanza has being playing great baseball!!

The umpired yelled for the next batter up, "Cartright! Cartright!" and when no one appeared out of the dugout, Heyward went to the plate.
