08:06 AM ET 08.12 | The Nets are out to remind the well-heeled just how close they will soon be when they move to Brooklyn. [The team has] launched a new advertising campaign aimed squarely at those who are among the most loyal -- and most well-off -- of Knicks fans. ... The team is taking out ads on websites popular along The Street. Clicking on a banner that reads, "10 Minutes from Wall Street", first reveals a drop down ad that shows eight subway lines reaching across the East River to Brooklyn, then links to the All-Access page of Barclays Center, where the Larry King is heard talking about the return of professional sports to Brooklyn "after 56 years". The Barclays Center and Madison Square Garden are about equidistant from Wall Street. The No. 3 train, the Broadway Express, for example, is five stops away from both arenas.

The only folks there will be the wanna-be hipsters in skinny black jeans and plaid shirts with a scully cap. Both the guys and girls choice of dress these days in Brokklyn.

Yeah...but isn't that actually what a hipster is? Your description doesn't sound that "wannabe" it sounds like what it is.

10 minutes from Wall Street? In general that gets you still in a subway train at a red signal under the river.

But why not be a fan of both teams? I am and I see no problem with that (Knicks #1 Nets #2). The idea is to sell tickets. A business can potentially buy season tickets for both teams or if they can not get Knicks tickets for some reason, why not but Nets tickets?
