This dude is a nut and he's not worth the problems he causes. Trade for a minor league player to be named later.

what a classless jerk...throwing at Uggla and Chipper was bush-league for sure.

what i don't understand is why Quade didn't have someone warming up when Uggla hit that second homer? he had to know that would send Z right over the mental 'edge'....go figure.

Probably wanted the Braves to kick his ass. Notice that when he hit Chip none of the Cubs bothered leaving the dugout? They couldn't have cared less about defending him.

i did notice that...and even the Braves announcers pointed that out.

a great pre-game moment took place last night too. they retired Cox's #6 and after the ceremony, Bobby went to shake the umpires' hands as he was leaving the field. Tim Timmons (the home plate ump) asked Bobby if he wanted to get 'run' one last time and Bobby said 'Sure! let's do it'....classic.

I'm very sorry I missed that. Definitely is an instant classic. Nice little tribute to an exceptional career.

Zambrano is the prototype "million dollar arm; ten cent head" player. He's done.

I think everybody in the Cubs' front office would do backflips if Z actually retired. I can only imagine the magnitude of the celebration in Chicago...you'd have to bring in riot police from all of North America, maybe even England.

He's already been to anger management- that didnt turn out well. I think he's just puttin on a show, he's not goin anywhere even though nobody wants him anymore.

I hope he hopped in the car and never looked back.... Hopefully he's still driving.

That way we'll never have to see him again.

He never was a #1 guy. Cubs should've always kept him #3. Never proved capable and he knows it.

zambrano, has very poor responsability, he has become soo indisciplined in the last two years or so, anger problem mental problem? who knows but he has lose all kind of credibility, at this point he has show very little respect for the game after all this commotion he will vanish for good from everybody's memory!!

Walking out on your teammates is the cardinal sin in sports. He'll never throw another pitch in the big leagues.

weaver's actions against a couple of showboating tigers were justifiable,,

baseball has unwritten rules.
weaver was simple enforcing them.
