Broncos ready to cut Tebow?

08:04 AM ET 08.22 | The Tebow era in Denver may be over before it even gets started. The consensus in speaking with a handful of team personnel executives when it comes to one Tim Tebow is this: A trade could happen, but it's becoming increasingly likely the Broncos will keep or cut Tebow because the trade interest is dwindling rapidly. The executives portray the Tebow situation as a complicated one. They believe that while the Broncos are not openly trying to trade Tebow, they say that when teams have recently inquired about him, the Broncos haven't been saying he's off the trading block, either. Again, just to be clear, the Broncos aren't openly shopping Tebow but teams that have asked were told: Make us an offer we can't refuse.

It is sad to say people care cause of what he did at UF and his "Good Little Christian Boy" image that he has created. They want him to be great so bad that some are willing to run the Broncos even deeper into the ground. They should make him a tight end or a full back and stop trying to make him something he will never be a NFL QB.

No, please let him play. At least long enough to get one picture of him actually suited up and engaged in football-like activities. One that we can use for the next 3 or 4 years, because it will be at least that long before the Tebow threads stop.
Does he do lawns? How about snowplowing? I'd hire Dooku but he's too far away.

His contract had a little over $9 million guaranteed. $6.275 million is due 29 days after start of 2011 league year.
Better to dump him now than to go any deeper in to that $33 million total contract.
They know by now if he fits their team and it seems he does not.
You cannot trade him with that contract, so let him go.
