Dan O'Dowd is the one that needs to go. The team he has put together this year is a even worse defensive club than last year and that was hard to do. The year they went to the WS? They set a record defensively. They brought in 3 free agents that didn't make it with the club to June. They have nobody in the farm system and they've busted year after year after year with their #1 picks in the draft. Tracy is far from the biggest problem on the Rockies.

no ... I had no thoughts about the Rockies at all ... ever ... lol

it seems as if the media its trying to find who in reality is guilty, or whom should be blame for the mess in colorado, but this is clear and simple, the manager lose an arm on ubaldo's deal, everybody knows that a team's heart its pitching, colorado was wrong when they trade ubaldo, unstead trade a pitcher away they should have trade for some more developed arms as major league pitchers, to the media and to the fans it looks clearly that this franchise its mocking the sport and the game!!!

I gotta agree with Denverbob. Few managers can do something with nothing (well, if not nothing, then not much). Trading away aces generally doesn't help the current manager (although the draft picks and players could help his successor. Life ain't fair ...

no need to be hard on the manager, after all not everything that has gone wrong could be his fault, lets share the failures here, GM, manager, hitting coach, pitching coach, bullpen coach, the doctors, the pt, the st, and so on,,,,
