It is logical since Danica and Mark are both driving "Go Daddy" sponsored cars, but Mark Martin hasn't really set the world on fire this year (or last) and he is driving some damn fine equipment on the Hendrick team.

Want he really wants is Mark to keep a car in the top 35 so Danica doesnt have to worry about qualifying to make a race when she drives Sprint Cup.

Not only is it Jr's old CC, but his old cars too. Remember it was just the drivers who changed spots, everything else, personnel and equipment stayed the same. Well I think Mark was able to take his seats in the move, he's too short to fin into Jr's old ones!

Jr. ain't doin a whole lot better this year than last, so don't be so quick to hang Mcgrew out to dry. And talk of his equipment not being top notch is foolish, J.J. and J. Gordon are doing just fine in the felon's cars.
Mark Martin is so old he waited tables at the Last Supper, so I don't think it's very fair to compare his stats to a much younger guy like Jr.

wasnt jr around 25th in points this time last year? id say thats a very good improvement myself.. JJ has won once this year thanks to dale, gordon has been the best hendrick car this year winning twice.. they are all lacking speed this year.

His average finish is still a tick above 14. Less than impressive in that equipment. Johnson and Gordon have both (and their crews) made a number of uncharacteristic mistakes this year that have cost them wins. How many pit road penalties for J.J. this year? Seems like a lot to me.
They are the two fastest cars on the track right now at Atlanta. Speed is not the problem.
