08:41 AM ET 09.11 | Several Dolphins players have complained over the years about Tony Sparano's hollering. But Sparano said Saturday, "They know if I'm going to say something to them it's going to be the truth. Sometimes you say things you shouldn't say." Of his demonstrative reactions caught on camera, he said, "I'm not really for everybody. But I think I'm for this team."

Speaking of coaches who get flabbergasted. Check out Minnesota's Golden Gopher coach yesterday....

...He fine, or I would not have posted it.

INDEED!

Coaches do yell, but when they start yelling constantly about EVERYTHING, it's natural for players to start tuning them out. Hint, if a coach constantly finds themselves yelling, they may need to look in the mirror and make some adjustments in how they are communicating with the team.

Minority opinion.

True! Good first post. They'll have plenty to cry about Monday night!

Maybe they prefer being twittered.

Next thing you know, they will complain about not having sufficient amounts of orange slices and juice boxes available after practice and games. Grow the hell up!

They should only know what their fans yell during their games.

I think posting that vid with the caption "coaches who get flabbergasted" is in poor taste.

I think their tears would be better spent on the fact that New England is coming to town...

However, this really is a good point. Being a great (or even good) head coach absolutely requires a mastery over manipulation. Which means different tact's, for different personality types.

If you're just the dude, who likes to yell @ everybody, all of the time...nobody is listening.

Not that it much matters, in Miami, this year. Look at it this way, Phinny's...at least JLo hasn't started yelling, yet.

I guess. How long has it been since they won a play off game? Seems like forever
