Where will Garrard wind up?

08:59 AM ET 09.11 | David Garrard is being selective about choosing his next team. He could have hooked up with some teams as a backup last week, but he wanted to wait at least until this week before making a decision. The former Jaguar apparently does not want to join a team that has an established starter. Those with knowledge of the situation say Garrard would prefer to go to a team that has a somewhat tenuous quarterback situation with the hope that he can re-emerge as a starter at some point during the year.

Always liked Garrard, but I don't think he's a spectacular starter. He might have to learn to be content with being a backup.

Nice.

If it weren't for the movie, you'd have lost about 7/8 of the FN members with that reference.

Seattle. There is no way on earth that Tavaris Jackson proves he is the starter today.

Garrard would be the best back-up in the league.

And in that statement, you've helped me to sort out the mixed feelings, I've always held toward Garrard, as a starting NFL QB.

Thank you.

And would Garrard arrive in town with a top notch offensive line in tow? Because otherwise he'll just end up in the hospital room next to Jackson's.

The San Diego Chargers backup is better than Garrard.
