08:00 AM ET 09.14 | Though he did say he wasn't pinning Dallas' Week 1 loss entirely on Dez Bryant, Drew Pearson sure was hard on the wide receiver. Pearson, the former Cowboys receiver who famously wore the No. 88 that Bryant is currently sporting, was highly critical of the way the second-year standout finished the season opener. "You saw what happened in the fourth quarter," Pearson said on 103.3 FM's Ben and Skin show. "We had wide receivers that couldn't finish the game. Come on! Jeez! The first quarter was spectacular. Great job, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah. But now we need you in the fourth quarter and you can't even run?" ... Pearson added: "Let's not be so high on this guy who hasn't really done anything."

I wonder what Hollywood Henderson thinks of Keith Brookings' comments from the other day. Just go away. Far.

ahhh no slack. From what I heard he didn't participate with the other players when they were working out. he chose to go shopping at the mall with his pants down at his knees instead.

Romo has got to go, yo! He's a cancer growing and spreading like Wildfire Tommy Rich. Yank him and put in Kitna, bet John gets us into the playoffs.

Mrs. Romo doesn't care how Tony performs on the field, she's set for life. Once a baby is born, her stock skyrockets to the moon.

This team is not going to the playoffs so it would make more sense to put McGee in if they make any change and find out for sure if he is the future.

I'm no big fan of Bryant, but busting the guy out for cramping up is pretty ridiculous after the way he played. It's not like Romo could throw to him effectively anyway.

The Miami D was cramping up Monday night. Summertime ain't no time to be playing football outdoors in Florida.

Careful Drew! Comments like that could possible DELAY YOUR ENTRY INTO THE HOF! After all it's been Sportswriters and JJ who anointed Dez in the first place! Don't want to upset the natives with the TRUTH! You "EARNED" every accolade you got! Nowadays they just hand them out and "Hope" an athlete lives up to them over the course of a career! Oh, wait a minute, You're finally in the Ring Of Honor! I guess you're really on firmer footing now! Finally, About Dez - Let the Man earn His Place! only his second year! put away some of the adjectives for a year or two!

Jeesh Drew, the kid was hurt and was trying to do his best...
Add to that Revis taking him from the 2nd quarter on...which is why Austin got his yards and catches too.
People need to friggin relax....

Turns out it was a bruised Quad that he suffered from a hit in punt return duties. It was an injury. An injury suffered because your #1 receiver is fielding punts. A very stupid use of valuable resources. Does anyone remember how he fractured his leg last year? Yep, kick returns.

Actually, Dez shouldn't of been on the field if he was hurting that much. All he was doing was hindering his team. Sometimes you have to know when you are hurting your team by playing hurt vs helping them.
