Jags WR trash talks Revis

09:27 AM ET 09.17 | Darrelle Revis has made a career of shutting down wide receivers on the field, and shutting them up off it. The Jets All-Pro cornerback has done it to the best of 'em: Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, Chad Ochocinco, Calvin Johnson. Week after week, game after game. So, when Revis was told that Jacksonville's Jason Hill recently suggested he and the rest of the Jets might be "overhyped" because of the large media market they play in, he was confused. "I don't even know who that dude is," Revis said Friday. "What's his name again?" Jason Hill, one of the Jaguars' starters who had four of his 55 career catches in six seasons last week.

Where are you this morning Stu?

Already in the Notre Dame bunker?

Revis is crazy! Everybody knows Jonah Hill, the fat kid from "Superbad" and the upcoming "Moneyball" ...

The headline says it all: "Jags WR". If it had referred to him by name, no one would know the context. Mr. Hill needs to make a name from himself ON the field before he starts ripping All-Pros.

I'd be willing to bet that this dude Jason whatever-his-name-is isn't on a single Fantasy Football team in the country.

Take your big bag of nothing and shut up Bro!

Damn it, man! I'm in no bunker! I still need to get out and buy some beer and chips, but this is the week the Irish turn it around. I know I said that last week, but this is it. And, I know I said some very positive things before the USF game, but this is different too!

Looks like something which should be treated with strong antibiotics immediately!

Good luck to you my friend.

Stay thirsty, my friend. That way, you'll always want another beer.

It's the Jets, so is the STD you're referring to athlete's foot?

Now that's a Madden commercial I'd pay to see. :-)

I have no love for the Jets, but Revis is probably the best CB in the league. Hill who has less than 10 catches/ year.... well I guess that's why they call it "trash talk"

Being a Notre Dame fan is increasingly becoming like being a Cubs fan. The season begins full of promise and thoughts of the BCS and ends with an at large bid and murmors of entitlement being the only reason they are there. I have hope they turn it around this week but at least this year they didn't wait till weeks 10,11 and 12 to let us down.

Considering the proximity, most ND fans are Cubs fans. Sad lot.
