Leyland sounds off on Matsuzaka

06:19 AM ET 05.14 | Tonight, the Tigers oppose Daisuke Matsuzaka, the celebrated Japanese right-hander. His starts have been greeted with great fanfare in Boston, but Detroit manager Jim Leyland downplayed the matchup on Sunday. "I don't give a (expletive) about him," Leyland said. "I'm not getting into all that. I could give a (expletive) less. It's another pitcher."
