08:04 AM ET 09.26 | Tired of absorbing what he feels are late hits, Michael Vick aired his frustrations Sunday -- but is he just too brittle? BRIT-TLE, adjective: easily damaged or destroyed; fragile; frail. In the case of [Vick], the question is how many of those definitions apply? Vick probably isn't "fragile" or "frail." It would've been impossible for him to have lasted this long in the NFL if he were "easily destroyed," especially with his hell-bent style of play. Still, there is no denying that Vick has proved to be frequently damaged, but not easily. There's no getting around that. The trail of evidence speaks for itself. Vick gets hurt, a lot. ... "Still didn't get a flag and that's pretty much been the story for the last 3 weeks."

Not sure if Vick is physically brittle, but his potential repalcement is intellectually and emotionally as brittle as, well, brittle.

Kafka has had more time in the system? VY isn't exactly a beacon of confidence when under pressure. Maybe Andy Reid didn't want to have to deal with 2 QB'S crying in their post game press conference. Plus it was seafood night at Golden Corral and Andy couldn't risk VY going off the reservation and missng bacon wrapped scallops.

I doubt that he's any more brittle than the next guy. But, his style of play leaves him open to being hit more than most quarterbacks, and his offensive line also leaves him open to being hit more than most quarterbacks.
So now he's got a broken hand, right? Throwing hand? I dunno. They don't give us any info up here.
We told you, Andy. Don't trade Kolb. You need a guy who can play behind Vick. Don't say we didn't warn you. And for heaven's sake, 2 cheese steaks a day is enough.
