Belichick has lost his mojo

08:01 AM ET 09.30 | Borrowing from shtick used by a former sportscaster in Boston, "Why don't the Patriots get players like Richard Seymour?" [More] haunting than the regret Seymour might rekindle is a stark truth: Bill Belichick has lost his mojo. Belichick hasn't lost his hoodie or his ability to drone non-answers in his press conferences, and he may well still be the best coach in the NFL. But he is no longer the difference maker, the savant who always seemed to be thinking two steps ahead of everyone else, which, in an era defined by parity, had set the Patriots apart. No longer is The Patriot Way any different than the way of the Colts, Packers, Ravens and Steelers.

Like Austin Powers?

I'm surprised this wasn't written by the Boston Herald. He'll have the last laugh.

Hmmm....or lost his spy games kit?

Yea Baby!......I don't see the Pat's losing this one though.

The Colts way isn't working this season either.

The Force remains with Darth Belichick. Mojo? Don't talk about mojo.

Mojo?

wow!,...only 7-posts [so far] ...on a pats thread ?

2 Cowboy threads and a Steeler thread are powerful competition. And the Pat-haters are still passed out in an alley somewhere, soaking in their own urine. They'll be here after a while.

FN has lost its picture of Brady with Gisele in that lacy gown.

What a lovely picture you paint.

Someone call Doc Rivers and let him know the sky is falling in Boston. Apparently Francona and Belichick are setting up tee times...

The past couple of years the Patriots have been one of the best teams offensively. On defense they have been average at best.

It's a Van Gogh. Notice the excessive use of yellow.

I'd be happy if they can get up to average this year. It used to be that Patriot defensive schemes confused quarterbacks. Now they seem to confuse the Patriot defenses.

He looses one game and has fallen from favour. Man...Boston must be a tough town. Then again he did loose to Buffalo.
