The KOBE POINTS will be in the city for 40 days with the possibility to extend the period through Christmas. [Sabatini] talked again about the requests he made to Legabasket to have special schedules during the 40 days of Kobe Bryant in Italy.

I concur... Especially in these "post-prime" days... Now before all the Kobe fan boys jump on me, I'm not saying Kobe isn't still one of the better 2-gaurds in the league, I'm saying that he is past his prime and has little time left if any - so as Guam pointed out its probably an idea to start thinking of setting up post-basket ball options.

KObe does not come off as one of the players who is living irresponsibly, and will need to play a second beyond when he doesn't feel like it for financial reasons. That $197 is only in NBA checks...endorsements/investments...who knows...Wasn't he one of the players who stated he would lend other players $$ if the lockout dragged on??
