Leach looking for 'undervalued' program

08:18 AM ET 10.03 | Mike Leach wants back in, but perhaps not at a big-time program. [Leach] coached Texas Tech to college football prominence, directing the nation's top passing game and soundly defeating Nebraska and Oklahoma two seasons ago. Before the Red Raiders played in a bowl game that year, he was fired. ... Q: I see New Mexico might want you. Will you coach again? A: "I want to go to a place that's undervalued, where the potential is great, a place that wants to win, not just participate, in football. When I was at Tech, no public school was ahead of us in graduation rates. We got our guys to compete in the classroom, and if they're competing in class and in football, that's an attitude they take into life."

Sounds more like a stock buyer than football coach. What the hell does undervalued mean in these terms?

I don't want Leach at Ole Miss. I like them being crappy and Leach would probably change that.

I could see him at Kansas.

I would rather see him at Ole Miss than Malzhan....although the irony of Malzhan replacing Nutt would be monumental, we don't need him that close to us chasing the same recruits

He's looking for an undervalued program to coach? I gotta a better idea...how about going to a school who's pigskin program has no value...Akron U.(ha-ha)!

The first thing that Leach should do after getting another coaching job is offer Craig James a spot on his coaching staff.

Instead of UCLA I think Colorado has better long-term potential in the P12.

Go ahead and build a shed behind the field house in Oxford - maybe it will entice Leach to come to Ole Miss. They could do far worse, and it would shake up the SEC a little. Imagine Leach and Miles coaching against each other - high bizarre potential there.
