09:02 AM ET 10.08 | Philadelphia 76ers executive Ed Stefanski is engaged in advanced talks with the Toronto Raptors to take over as general manager, league sources told Yahoo! Sports. Not even the Phillies Bro. Good thing the Phillies lost because they were the ones who fell further down to hell than any other team this year.

I think so because of the depth in pitching for the Phillies. They won over 100 games and were predicted by many at the beginning of the season and playoffs that they would win it all. Their payroll is second only to the Yankees. They brought Cliff Lee to win it all the way but it didn't work out for them. They could will be the next Atlanta Braves. Braves had great depth at pitching when they continually went to the playoffs year in and year out but they couldn't win it all except for 1 year...

And on topic.....the toronto job is one of the most difficult in the league as no big players wants to go there and they are at a huge disadvantage.

Also allows the raps to dump bargnani while allowing colangelo to save face because the move would just be the new GM getting his own players in, rather than colangelo admitting he blew his #1 pick
