Buckeyes never worse off at QB

08:30 AM ET 10.10 | Football is a team sport, but it sure helps to have a quarterback. Only two people are guaranteed to touch that ball on every play from scrimmage. One is the center, whose primary duty is to deliver the ball to a person with far more natural skills than his. The other is the quarterback, on whom every play rests, at least at the start and often to fruition. And in that single respect, there is this question: Has the Ohio State football program ever been in worse shape at quarterback, at least in this modern age of sophisticated passing offenses and scholarship limits? ... So it goes for the Buckeyes, who continue to plumb the depths of mediocrity after a decade of riding high.

How did they get so far ahead of the COC, and then lose???

tOSU didn't really do anything special. The COC looked absolutely pathetic the first half. It looked like a hangover from the Wisky game.

Blame the sweater vest and Pryor for tOSU's QB problems.

Ohio State's football program should be severly reprimanded and scholarships kept to a bare minimum for three years. There isn't any pride in this sordid program.

OSU needs to bring in a big name coach at the end of the year. Suspensions or not, OSU will get the recruits to compete. They just need someone to put the puzzle together.
