Wilson mangling media management in Toronto

Unlike a lot of you guys I have no knowledge of the Canadian media, specifically Toronto, other than what I pick up from these threads. But, this seems to be among the most useless pieces of **** I've seen in some time and that takes some doing. So, he's gonna put a guy in the lineup, and another guy is going to be out that night. So? Doesn't that happen every game day for a couple or more of the 30 teams in the league? Sudden flash.........I hear there's an 80% chance it's gonna be cold in Winnipeg this winter.

Picture the NY media with the Yanks...they attempt to make every little Leafs story into some huge event.

They once planned a parade route for the Stanley Cup last year when the Leafs started off the season with couple of wins.

Sorry, I make every conscious effort to totally ignore MLB.

They did start 4-0 last year. Still missed the playoffs. And they plan that Cup parade every time the Leafs win more than two in a row.

If they keep missing the playoffs year after year, a two-game win streak will eventually sound good enough for them to get started on those preparations...

So, the coach is going to swap out the #6 or 7 Dman for a game on a team that hasn't made the playoffs in 6 years....Big whoop de do. In other shocking news, the Dman who will be "benched" is "upset".

Really, now the aforementioned Dman might have to answer some questions while he goes to cash his $50,000 game check????

This is even less relevant than the "panic" because Boston started 1-3.
