07:33 AM ET 10.16 | Josh Hamilton had a good American League Champioship Series, but not a Hamilton-like spectacular one. His bloop single helped ignite the 9-run third inning that sent the Rangers toward their 15-5 victory over Detroit. But afterward, Hamilton said he was "limited" by a left groin strain for much of the series. Now he has four days to heal before Wednesday's start of the World Series. Will that be enough? "No," Hamilton said. "It is what it is. When the season's over, it'll get better."

High quality person and player. Even at less than 100 percent, most every team in baseball would want him. But then, I suspect a lot of Rangers and Brewers/Cardinals are hurting at the moment as well.

Who cares, as long as he can stand and swing a bat, he can produce.

He will suit up and play anyway. Texas has enough bats to do the work anyway. I thought they would do to TB what they did to Detroit in Game 6. But I am just being bitter. Damn Rangers!!!
