Revis hangs up on Francesca

07:52 AM ET 10.22 | What began as an on-air debate between Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis and WFAN talk-show host Mike Francesa regarding the merits of the All-Pro's pass defense against Dolphins wideout Brandon Marshall devolved into a dial-tone ending Friday. At first, Francesa, an outspoken critic of the Jets' organization, introduced Revis as "the only Jet who talks to me, the only one who likes me, still." Then, he insisted repeatedly that Revis should have been flagged for pass interference on the play that resulted in his 100-yard interception return for a touchdown during the win Monday night. "You are still the only one in the world who doesn't think that was a penalty!" Francesa said. "I don't care!" Revis said, his voice rising. "I don't care what everybody thinks." Eventually, Jared Winley, the Jets' director of public relations, present on a third line in his office, interjected. "Hey, Darrelle," Winley said. "Darrelle, stop." Francesa inquired as to whose voice it was. "Darrelle," Winley said. "Hang up." Revis then told Winley, "This is why I didn't want to get interviewed by (Francesa)." Before hanging up, Revis said, "Bye." Francesa, who laughed and smiled throughout the questioning, became flummoxed by the third-party interruption and reciprocated the bitter feeling. "This is why I don't talk to the Jets," he said. "I'll tell you what, I was only kidding around with him."

I've been listening to WFAN from the beginning and he used to be good...
Then his EGO outgrown the Airwaves and that was the end.
Now (Guest or caller) if you don't agree with him, you try to get your point across or {gasp} tell him he's wrong... Forget it...
I think FAN chose the wrong guy to keep (and should have kept MadDog :-)
