House-cleaning on Rams' radar?

08:07 AM ET 10.25 | The case-study-in-progress that is the Cleveland Browns, with Randy Lerner hiring Mike Holmgren, offers a template in overhaul. The Rams have regressed significantly from last season's 7-9 finish, despite spending considerable money on free-agent reinforcements. [Stan Kroenke] gave the green light for big summertime spending. And yet this team more resembles the awful 2009 squad, which finished 1-15 under Steve Spagnuolo during his first season as head coach. This feckless play, combined with a ticket price increase, is eroding an already damaged fan base. Barring a turnaround for the ages during their last 10 games, the Rams will force Kroenke to take action.

This would be a good career change for them, since they obviously can't play football.

The entire NFC West should be blown up if you ask me! Except for the Niners this year, they all suck!

Better stick to football. The illegals handle most of the housecleaning for under $5million a year.

Doesn't help when every single significant player on the team is in street clothes on the sidelines with varying degrees of boo-boos.

They started out building through the draft and got better. Now they're spending money on free agents and they falter. Surprise, surprise. News flash, guys, that Redskins/Cowboys management model doesn't work.

The Rams won't be the only team that cleans house.......Dolphins, Vikings, Jags etc.

It ends in Game 6. Check it out. The Rangers so far have won and lost the same games the Mavs did. All that is left is a win in game 6.

They play in a dome, so all that manure they leave on the field after every game has to be swept up. It doesn't do any good to fertilize artificial turf. It ain't gonna grow.

A 7-9 team raising ticket prices? They deserve to suck. That's called karma.

I get the front office figured that almost getting to the playoffs with a losing record was good enough...
