Kolb struggling with complicated offense

08:02 AM ET 10.28 | Kevin Kolb may not be precisely the reason for the Cardinals trying start, but he hasn't exactly saved it, either. The root of the problem, according to coaches and to Kolb, is the transition from playing in a West Coast offense in Philadelphia to the Cardinals' scheme. The differences are great. ... Asked for a specific example, Kolb said: "We have a lot of route-changing going on during the play. I'm trying to adjust to that on the fly sometimes, and I'm not used to having to do that. I'm used to coming back seven steps, hit your back foot, one hitch, boom, get it (the football) out. Where here it could a three-step, a five-step, or a seven-step on any given play, depending on the look we get."

Kolb will get this offense soon and turn this one around. The reality is that the Cards are a depleted team that needs an over haul.

Nope. Not gonna happen. Had he got the offense in Philly despite the injury he would be the QB instead of Mike Vick. That's Arizona's albatross for the next 5 years.

Actually, the Pats offense is complicated. It works because guys like Welker are smart enough to get it. As I fan, I think its complexity and the fact that it works is something to be rather proud of.
On the other hand, there's a certain simpleton who was signed over the summer that is not figuring out the Pats offense.

Indeed. It is a puzzle mixed with a quandry, bundled with an enigma and wrapped up in a jersey with a big number eighty-five on it. Maybe he brings really, really good donuts to team meetings.

So in other word's Kevin you are either not smart enough to learn the complicated offense or you don't want to learn it...whatever the case maybe remember you are being PAID very well to learn it.
