Word is his diabetes gives him huge highs and lows. I guess he works the physical part with meds but then crashes personality wise when the blood sugar dips....don't know anyone with this particular ailment (Type I or Type II) but that was how it was explained. Seems to me a true leader "knocks the sand out of his vahjeena", pulls up his big boy pants and ensures that he presents the right face to the men and women he works with and leads. IMHO that is his failing.

He will clear waivers... Then they will reach an injury settlement with him.

Murray and Tanner are the RB's now.
