Childress rising among head coach candidates

09:40 AM ET 10.30 | Former Vikings coach Brad Childress is looking like a better coach with each passing week. A few months ago, some people were predicting Childress would never be a head coach again. Front offices are starting to take a harder look at what Childress accomplished in Minnesota within the context of how the Vikings are performing now. It will be an upset if Childress isn't a candidate for a head coaching job or two in the offseason.

Are they nuts?? The Viking team you are seeing is the one Childress put together! Any team that hires him for its HC deserves to be lousy for years.
Childress is the guy that ruined that franchise when HE told everybody he could make a top QB out of Tavarious Jackson. Build the franchise around T frigggginn Jackson.
