He might want to pay a little more attention to the product on the field. Three years from now, if the only thing he can say is they've increased revenue by $50 million, but haven't climbed above third place, watch out.

if changes are needed to make the franchise better then he should do it, if this type of prosses will increase the credibility for the team then he should go on with his plans set in mind!!

i think theo's plan its to cover every gate every corner every area in the franchise goal, but yes he does need to take care several points first, epstein goal its a championship in either way!!

We need less focus on scoreboards and such from Theo Einstein, and more focus on moving Marshall into the staring rotation and signing some left handed bats with some pop( Prince Fielder is available I hear).
