ND's Kelly: No insurmountable challenge

08:14 AM ET 10.31 | Hanging 56 points on Navy seemed to sooth the Irish over the weekend. What happens in the season's final month will say a good deal about how thorough and effective the peace-making process was. On Sunday, [Brian Kelly] remained sure, though, that whatever issues appear before him at Notre Dame, they can be solved. "Each job that I've had has its own unique set of circumstances," Kelly said. ... "But each university has its own characteristics. Notre Dame is different than all the other jobs I've had, but no challenge that is insurmountable. All of them, like I said, all jobs have those different characteristics, and Notre Dame is like all those others, just different things that we have to work on."

"The issues can be solved". There would be less issues in domerland if BK would keep his yap shut.

Ok I have been critical of of ND's less than challenging schedule in the past but 2012 looks interesting. In a 4 game stretch they play Miami, Stanford, BYU, and Oklahoma. Should be entertaining and give a good indication of BK's future at ND.

Kelly would be best served if he pays attention to the 4 game stretch of Wake Forest, Maryland, Boston College and Stanford without b1+ching about the mess that Jabba left him to clean up.

The only good thing about sophomore coaches and sophomore quarterbacks is that they won't be sophomores forever - you hope.

2012 should be better than the four they have remaining this year of Wake Forest, Maryland, Boston College and Stanford.

UF fans are starting to **** about the mess Jabba is leaving us. Was Verducci and his Oline any good during his tenure at ND? Right now UF's O line is sucking monkey nuts and not improving.

Through Lou Holtz first 2 seasons he was 13-8. Brian Kelly is currently 13-8. Lou Holtz 1988 speech:It's crazy how similar the situations areIn 1986 people said Notre Dame would never win again. We had a group of guys that wanted to win, but didn't know how...Then we progressed to the point where we had a group of guys that wanted to win, knew how to win, but sometimes we don't always exhibit it...and that's a thing of the past

During the '07 season, ND's offensive line couldn't keep drunken nuns off Claussen's smirk. It didn't get much better for the remainder of Jabba's tenure.

Thats what I was afraid of. From a Oline coach to busy being over his head trying to be an OC to a Oline coach that sucks.
