08:15 AM ET 11.02 | After watching LSU on video, Trent Richardson sees a challenge on his horizon. What stands out about LSU's defense when Alabama star running back Trent Richardson watches film of the top-ranked Tigers? "Their cornerbacks ... make a lot of inside-the-box tackles," the junior Heisman Trophy candidate said today on a teleconference. "They almost play there like linebackers inside the box. Their safeties have good awareness as far as if it's going to be a run or it's going to be a pass. And their defensive line is probably the quickest I've ever seen."

We'll see if that fast D-line, can stop Bama's running game!!! That will be the key to winning the game.

I won't watch it. Criminals and academic underachievers masquerading as students.

You don't have to watch it. No one will make you.

Here's my analysis of the game.

QB - slightly favor LSU due to experience
RB - favor Bama
OL - Even
WR - favor LSU
TE - slightly LSU
DB - slightly favor LSU
LB - favor Bama
DL - slightly favor LSU
Specials - favor LSU

Keys to the game will be LSU's defense being able to stop Bama's backs from getting the extra yards after contact. LSU's WR will have to make big plays as Bama D neutralizes LSU run game. LSU specialities will have to play at an elite level to keep the field position in LSU's favor.

If LSU can survive the early game crowd momentum, LSU wins by 3. If LSU gets behind early, then Bama wins by 6 or 7.

You can see my pick of the winner in the LUS pick'em section when I complete it :)
