QB controversy at Oregon? Not according to Thomas

08:28 AM ET 11.03 | According to Darron Thomas, there is only one choice at starting QB. [Thomas] spoke to a throng of media members Wednesday following the Ducks closed practice (what, you thought they were open?) and seemed amused when asked if he was confident he was Oregon's starting quarterback. This continued a trend from Saturday's postgame, when Thomas was more quotable than usual, telling us "there ain't no competition at my position." I asked Darron [Wednesday] if he's amused or puzzled by some of the media and fan base writing and talking about a quarterback controversy and he nodded emphatically. "I'm very surprised, but it's the media," Thomas said with a shrug.
