08:02 AM ET 11.04 | When it comes to sideline antics, Tony Romo has seen a whole lot worse than Dez Bryant. [Romo] defended [Bryant] when asked about his sideline antics in the 34-7 loss to the Eagles. Bryant was seen throwing his helmet, while seemingly ranting and raving. But Romo said he had no problem with Bryant's emotions. ... "He's passionate. But there is never any malice or anything negative involved. Cameras can catch whatever they want, he is never mean to another person or anything like that. he just wants to win and he's excited about being out there playing. We're lucky to have him." Romo also shot down any comparisons to former Cowboys receiver Terrell Owens, whose antics on the sideline and in the locker room divided the team.

It's not like the offense had a lot of chances sunday night since the defense couldn't get off the field.

Deep Down inside Dez really wishes ROMO wasn't his QB.

when you're 3-4 and just got a thorough spanking on national tv the pr dept doesn't have much to work with.

Dez has been a developing idiot for years....

Any comparison to acting like TO is not a good thing.

Is it me or is NFL somehow converting...ever so slowly...to all star wrestling???? It seems the sport itself is not enough....they have to add drama...

Yeah, but he's a pro now. I'll cut any guy some slack as a rookie, but by this time in his career he should be doing more to disrupt the team than just dropping trou in a mall.

As much as I hate to admit it, last week proved the forecasters right. Dallas is an 8-8 team and will have to buy tickets to get to the playoffs this year. I was foolish enough to believe they could 11-5 or even 12-4 but it ain't happening. Oh well, if they can sweep the Skins I'll call it a decent season.
