Is Francona favorite for Cardinals job?

Francona is the best man for the job. But the Cards owe Oquendo if they stood between him and better jobs elsewhere.

Francona would be a great choice. He would be loved in St. Louis.

But it will come down to Albert...who does he want to play for? Because Pujols is coming back to St. Louis.

Tito is a good man, and was unnecessarily made a scapegoat in the Beantown September meltdown. He deserves a fresh start in a place where he can continue to have success. The Cubbies will not be a fresh start, as he will still be in Theo's shadow. St. Louis and Terry are the perfect match.

Pujols is the top free agent.

the cards will need star power? so this means that francona would give a boost of confidence to this franchise? then again this a positive approach towards making business!!
