08:07 AM ET 11.07 | Nets fans, especially those rooting for Kardashian-Humphries, were given more dispiriting news as the franchise prepares for a move to Brooklyn. Deron Williams is blogging about being undecided about his plans and talking of renting not buying when he returns from Turkey after the lockout ends. Williams can opt out of the final year of his contract, worth $17,779,458 for 2012-13, when (if) this season ever ends. That decision affects every phase of the Nets operation, of course. And Williams has said virtually everything the Nets want to hear about staying. Until now. In his latest blog from Turkey, where he has been playing during the NBA lockout, Williams did not sound like a guy who is completely committed to the New Jersey/Brooklyn Nets.

Everyone who understands anything about professional athelets of today is that money, sex, and the indeal situation of winning is important, not that you have a unique opportunity to play for a professional sports franchise.

When the owner win this lockout...and they will. How many competitive teams will be able to give Williams a max deal? Because that's is what he wants. A max deal and a contending team.

QUOTE(#11):

And therein lies the problem with this skirmish. Too many people are looking at it as a zero sum game where the other side has to lose for their side to win. The key is compromise brought about by good faith negotiation, and the owners and league haven't been about that from the onset. All they've been interested in is showing the "black boys" who is boss.

So Michael Jordan is "showing the "black boys" who is boss." ?
