08:04 AM ET 11.16 | Hue Jackson has gone from checking with team doctors every day to waiting to hear from them when his players can practice. Raiders running back Darren McFadden and Jacoby Ford were not at practice Monday, and seem like big longshots to come back from their sprained foot injuries in time to play Sunday in Minnesota. McFadden, who has been out three weeks now, at least had his protective walking boot off at some point Monday, [Jackson] said. Jackson was asked what are the running back's chances of playing this week. "Honestly I don't know," Jackson said. ... "When I saw him [Tuesday] morning he looked good. Until we get closer later on in the week and we know exactly where he is, I don't want to speculate."

Better to let him heal and be healthy for the playoffs.

With San Diego sucking, Tim Tebow beating a division rival, and well Tim Tebow quarterbacking the final team....get healthy!

Tough luck for the Raiders. They finally get their act together and then get hit by inuries.

Bush has been showing he can pick up the slack. He doesn't have McFadden's speed..but he's a bruiser.

McFadden has Russel-itis, better check to see if he hasn't become addicted to laying on the couch and drinking purple drank, probably just waiting for the rest of the team to get him into the playoffs so he can claim he was the one responsible.
