08:27 AM ET 11.16 | If Marty Turco hopes to return to the NHL, he can apparently scratch Toronto off his list. "No interest," Leafs general manager Brian Burke said in an e-mail on Tuesday night. There were reports that the Leafs reached out to Turco, who is a free agent. The 36-year-old Turco has an NHL career record of 273-165-66 with the Chicago Blackhawks and Dallas Stars. Last season, Turco was 11-11-3 with the Blackhawks with a 3.02 goals-against average and an .897 save percentage. There remains no definitive timetable for James Reimer's return to the Leafs lineup. Reimer has been suffering from concussion-like symptoms since he was bowled over by the Montreal Canadiens' Brian Gionta on Oct. 22.

I'm blaming Burkie. lol

Id be careful here. Scrivens might end up being pretty good and Reimer still has a ways to go in my eyes. Maybe they know more about Reimers melon then they are letting on.
Monster on the other hand..b bye..

If Jimmy ain't back by the end of the month, i'm writing off any hope of playoffs. He's really the only possible thing that could prevent the annual January 8-game losing streak.

You think hes that proven yet?

Burkie's mom is blaming Burkie.

LOL - Have you seen the size of the head on him? That birth couldn't have been easy.

(And then his Dad wasn't happy either.)

He did qualify it with "possible."

My guess is that Burkie isn't really good at the poker table either.

Any word on how the Toronto Police Department's investigation is going into the Gionta hit, or does that kind of thing only happen in Montreal?

Only in Montreal and when in Montreal, only for players on opposing teams. Montreal players are immune from prosecution for said acts.

It's rule 34.1.4 of the lawbook.

I'm sure that the B's would be willing to part with one of their scrub goalies in Providence for a 1st rounder.

Never happen Schad. If Burkie doesn't give out multiple draft picks he doesn't think it's a good deal.

Allright....Boston will take a 1st and 3rd plus a years supply of Beaver Tails for Anton Khudobin.

I think it's a fair deal.

Toronto needs a center and a goalie, well the Habs can help with the center, Gomez for a 7th! Come on Burke, do it!

I'm not sure. Didn't Boston give him a Stanley Cup ring?

I don't think those are allowed in To***to.
