I am going to so enjoy the Iggles threads for awhile...

Eskin is a reporter now? This is going to be really fun.

So who can come up with the best dream team joke for this thread

November 28, 2011  09:32 AM ET

The Iggles are just a mess. Of course I'd be enjoying it more if they hadn't spanked the Cowboys so thoroughly.

Ditto the Giants last week. Very strange year for our favorite conference.

Wash should've said something like "Your **** play-calling is killing my defense!"

D-Line anyway*

As an Eagles fan I put the fork in them after the Az loss....doesn't get any worse than that one

Now, now, gentlemen, don't fight. There is plenty of blame to go around. After the first quarter, that defensive line couldn't get to Brady, and the secondary seemed to have gotten lost on the way to the stadium. Despite a couple of nice passes, VY wasn't particularly accurate and finished the day with a lower completion percentage than Tim Tebow. The last Eagles TD was a gift, because Belichick was just letting them run out the clock without risking injuries.

So, where's our Tebow Time thread?

10-0 turned into 14-10 pretty quickly -interestingly for Eagles defensively I saw Nnamdi on Gronk and AHern a lot when he wasa on the field. Asante seemed to be thrown away, I didn't see him in many plays
On a side Patriots note- early word is we are 21 point favorites vs Indy

Will they actually pull the trigger and fire Reid and gut the rest of the staff??? Will Desean get a new contract? This offseason could be more interesting for them than the last

November 28, 2011  10:02 AM ET

Dream team? More like the nightmare team.

November 28, 2011  10:09 AM ET

Makes sense, you are part of the Defensive brain trust, your group gives up 463 yards, almost 400 passing before Brady stops attacking you like it was a seven on seven practice drill and you go after the OC.
He should be glad the Pats backed off , they could of hung 50 on that group yesterday.

November 28, 2011  10:11 AM ET

Here is what I know...the Eagles are going to miss the playoffs after being a contender to go to the Super Bowl...

Not many coaches can avoid getting fired after that.

Andy Reid is a good coach and he might have 1 year left in Philly, but Philly needs to "freshen" up the coaches and playcalling there....I think it will work wonders!

November 28, 2011  10:23 AM ET

So many threads about a trainwreck of a team filled with whiners and losers ...

November 28, 2011  10:24 AM ET

The whole "Dream Team" thing is just the icing on the cake for an implosion of this magnitude.

Payback will come Steve!!

November 28, 2011  10:42 AM ET

SO who gets booted first Reid or Turner?

November 28, 2011  10:53 AM ET

Marty Mornigwhig is a jerk. He looked foolish in Detroit and yet was supposed to be a big time coach with great ideas. If so he would have made the team better and win a few games. Instead they sucked and he sucked yet he got another job?
Anyone of us could probably be half successful if we had great running back, Qb offensive line and a good playbook. The Morningwhigs start to fail when you take one of those elements out and they have to make do.
