11:07 AM ET 11.28 | West Brom are taking U.S. center back Tim Ream on trial from the New York Red Bulls. Ream, 24, will join the Baggies next month, and if he impresses a loan deal with a view to a permanent move could be agreed. Albion face competition from Bolton, with Ream also due to spend a spell training at the Reebok.

On topic: Seems that Ream's stock is dropping.... It wasn't that long ago that he was rumored along with Arsenal.
As it stands right now, I don't see Ream doing well in the EPL. The major flaw in his game is his physicality.... and the EPL is a very physical league. He'll be treated like the new fish on a prison block over there. But, that being said, it might be the best thing for him. He will have to find his way on to the starting XI though.... or he'll just be another Yank being loaned out to God-knows-where every season.
