08:04 AM ET 12.01 | The Rams might find a reprieve on the road, considering their fans at home are restless. Very, very restless. The St. Louis sports fan has long been known as a patient sort. But that patience has been sorely tested by the trials and tribulations of the Rams. Boos cascaded down from the stands early and often during Sunday's wrenching 23-20 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Coach Steve Spagnuolo says he doesn't always hear the boos when he has the headsets on during games. But he understands the fans' displeasure. ... "I want to thank the fans for their passion, and I mean that sincerely. I know with that it goes both ways. Frustration and disappointment, and their reactions to that. I understand it. I get it."

A team that can't beat Arizona deserves to be booed.

Fans: "You're welcome".

December 1, 2011  08:16 AM ET

At least the fans are still paying attention. So far.

Plenty more coming!

Pretty sad when a team looks forward to road games for less booing...

Maybe they should all move into a Holiday Inn Express and treat every game like a road game.

He won't be thanking anybody in St. Louis after this year.

At least the fans are still showing up.

I guess that is better than sitting in the quiet of his den after he gets canned.

December 1, 2011  09:00 AM ET

Better having fans there booing than impersonating empty seats... Like in Jacksonville.

The worrisome part for Ram fans is their QB. If he does not improve a lot, it will be a long time before anything changes there.

And 30 seconds later 20 teams will be calling him," please fix our defense ."

Hard to improve when he's throwing to a bunch of guys named Herb, 50...

Ricky is doing pretty well in Baltimore. Maybe those Rams WRs should give it a try.

This is exactly why Reid does not thank the fans in Philly that boo, it would be a 24/7 job and no time to hit the buffet circuit.
