Richt: No good answers on tailbacks

08:21 AM ET 12.01 | Georgia football coach Mark Richt saw it coming, which doesn't mean he was happy to address it. [Richt] deflected a now-daily question about the status of the tailbacks, chiefly Isaiah Crowell (Carver High) and Richard Samuel. "I don't want to talk about tailbacks," Richt said. "I was in a good mood until you asked that. No more tailback questions until after the game." Georgia has faced problems at the position all year. Crowell has been practicing this week, while Samuel had yet to practice as of Tuesday after being out four weeks. "I don't blame you for asking, really, but I just don't have any good answers," Richt said.

It doesn't matter. They had no chance to win anyway.

They have a chance..According to the players on their D.. they are the better team...

It'll be LUS vs. Bama in the national title game anyway so just let UGA have their game so that 3 SEC teams can go to the BCS.

Loacal paper ran a story yesterday.....If UGA wins and SEC splits both sides of the NCG & a 3rd BCS team (not at-large....big diff in payout), football payout would go to over $48 million per school.

That would be a HUGE number

Does UGA have the #1 RB recruit for 2012 committed? I hear that somewhere.
