[Rose]didn't recruit LeBron James or Dwyane Wade during the summer of 2010, so it shouldn't be a surprise that he's not reaching out to free agents now. "I'm fine with my teammates," Rose said Thursday. "If they choose to [go after another scorer] that's up to them. But my teammates that I have right now, I'm fine with them." ... Rose, who's just 23 and in his fourth year, doesn't think it's his role to be a recruiter. "I'm not going to do that," he said. "If you want to come here, come here, but it's not up to me to make that decision. I'm not paying them. I'm on my rookie contract."

BS!! Rose does not have to worry about money. He has never complained about his salary. He is going to get his, and he never asked for a "Derrick Rose Rule". That came about because the kid has out performed his contract and the league recognized it without him saying a word.
Ballers will come to Chicago if they want to win; Rose does not have to beg them to come. The man simply does his job and it's not to beg the best players to help him win. I imagine he feels about the same as Jordan. He???d rather beat them than team up with them. It's called old skool. Lefart started all this other Bull (no pun intended).
