Rams QB situation in disarray

07:59 AM ET 12.06 | Consider this another hit in St. Louis. The Rams' situation at quarterback was tossed into further disarray after the team learned that A.J. Feeley suffered a slight fracture in his right thumb. Coach Steve Spagnuolo said the training and coaching staffs "don't know what we're sitting on right now. ... Obviously that's very concerning." Feeley played Sunday in the 26-0 loss to San Francisco in place of Sam Bradford, who reaggravated a high ankle sprain Nov. 27. Spagnuolo said the decision to deactivate Bradford on Sunday, "was strictly to protect him. He was more than willing to go out there and do it. That's the kind of guy he is. We felt like we were putting him a little bit at risk, moreso than in other weeks."

At this point does it matter who is QBing in St. Louis? Just keep Bradford on the sidelines until next season when they can get some blockers that will be able to keep that kid on his feet. Other than that... Doesn't matter who starts in the meantime.

They're concerned over a guy who just let them to a 26-0 loss? Really? Feeley? Really?

Who cares? They're not competing anyway. Sign some undrafted kid and give him a chance. Get Emily from the Punt, Pass and Kick Competition. No difference for this team.

She's already said she'd be embarrassed to play for them. She's waiting for the Browns to call.

Does it really matter which QB tries to execute Josh McD's "system?"

I just realized they brought in Josh McD and Bradford fell off immediately....

Makes you wonder how much of 2007, when McD was coordinator in NE, was just actually Brady and Belichick running the show.

McD's offense is complicated. Having an experienced Brady run it and a young Bradford are two very different scenarios.

No, he's holding out for a new lazy-man's contract. Not only no training camp and only 1 pre-season game, this time he wants to just show up for the playoffs. So, he's looking for a team like Chicago or Houston where he can walk on and throw a season-ending interception without all the preliminaries.

it doesn't matter. The season is over anyway. Let the practice squad QB finish the season for all it matters.

I hear Charlie Whitehurst is available....

LMAO, +1, Nobody throws pick 6s in playoff overtime better.

When is this team going to learn that if your line does not protect, it doesn't matter who's throwin the rock. I'm tired of being a Rams fan.
