08:04 AM ET 12.07 | The timing of Philadelphia receiver DeSean Jackson couldn't be much worse. [Jackson] has almost gotten to the point that he is radioactive. That's not good for a pending unrestricted free agent looking to cash in big time during the offseason. While no one with Jackson's immense talent is ever completely untouchable, five NFL team personnel executives interviewed by Yahoo! Sports said they would have no interest in pursuing him. Two of the executives' opinions were strengthened following Jackson's alarming display Thursday night in which he essentially quit on the Eagles. ... Right now, Jackson is a guy who could use some guidance because it seems that with every passing week, he is costing himself money.

No surprise here... I'm not even taking him on my Fantasy team, again.

He should have either held out or shut up and played like Forte did. Can't blame a guy for holding out, but if you show up to play you can't be holding out in your mind.

Someone will throw some money at him, but it probably won't be the most stable organization.

No one wants a HEAD-CASE or someone from Philly---- LOSERS of the NFC East!!

He probably is getting advise.......bad advise. I wonder if his agent is telling him to act a clown to get him out of there.

Nah... If he doesn't get paid his agent doesn't get paid. He's only shooting himself in the foot.

And... his agent is the football Anti-Christ.

He will not take a nickel less than he deems appropriate.

Agreed. Someone will always throw money at a receiver. Even a pain in the azzze one who is afraid of getting hit.

Rossenhause? (sp?)

He's made every mistake but doing sit-ups in the driveway. Tape of him slashing his own market value because he's not making enough money should be required viewing for future FAs.

fall out of the dream team signings

December 7, 2011  09:30 AM ET

The league has seen what a cancerous personality can do a team. He's not worth the risk...what injury prone doooossshhhbag is?

December 7, 2011  09:33 AM ET

He's perfect for the Raiders.

It only takes one, and I will never underestimate the intelligence of GMs and owners in the NFL.

That'd be a good fit

Other than the Reggie White, has there ever been a Philly free agent that produced for another team? Definitely not at QB.

December 7, 2011  10:21 AM ET

MeSean is showing his true colors, Albert Haynesworth as a wide receiver. Reid should bench him for the Season.
